You've been sent to the Cocoon Fleet Academy because you've proven yourself to be one of the best that Starfleet has to offer. Out here in the reaches of the Cocoon, you have to be. Cut off from most of Starfleet, we are short on qualified officers and you'll be a department head soon enough. It's the nature of things here—high risk but high reward. Most of our graduates go straight to department heads after graduation. You would not have been selected for Service here if your record didn't indicate that you would succeed; however your success is entirely up to you.When everything seems to be in order, you'll report to the Commanding Officer (CO) of the USS DESTINY. He and his staff will see to the end of your training and get you to the moment you've been waiting for—graduation. Please review the two documents—you can download them to your PADD for future reference—and then report to the Fleet Personnel Officer.
